Dr. Gobby graduated in Medicine from the School of Medicine of the University of Buenos Aires in 1991. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Centro Gallego de Buenos Aires Dr. Gobby received his postgraduate degree on Clinical Nutrition at Universidad Favaloro in December 2003, when Dr. Jorgen Braguinsky was full professor. He wrote “Cocina Médica Guerra a las Grasas”. He is the CEO of the Global Health Company, which had been founded by him. He has been an honorary doctor and an Assistant Teacher In Charge of Assignments at the VI Professorship of Hospital de Clínicas: since 1994. He worked as a translation supervisor and as a member of the Science Department at Waverley Hispánica Medical Publishing House between 1994 and 1996. Dr. Gobby was a member of the Liberty Mutual Group (Liberty International), between November 1995 and 1996. He works as a Medical Consultant at MANAGED CARE OF AMERICA INC, which engages in medical auditing of health systems and national and international health care networks. He has been the Medical Director of REINSURANCE FINANCIAL SERVICES Inc. since 1999. Dr. Gobby ran the Preventive Medicine Department of Sanatorio Mater Dei between November 1997 and August 2006. He has been an Associate Member of the AMERICAN COLLEGE OF PREVENTIVE MEDICINE since 2000. He has been a working partner of the Unión Antitabáquica Argentina (UATA, Argentina's Anti-smoking Association) since 2001.
